3. BESPOKE, CUSTOM AND MADE-TO-ORDER PRODUCTS
Some Blue Eagle Clothing products may be customised, made-to-measure or made-to-order according to information, measurements, specifications, fabric choices, colours, designs or other instructions provided by the customer.
Customers are responsible for ensuring that measurements, personalisation details and other information provided to us are accurate.
Once a custom or made-to-order product has entered production, cancellation, modification, return or exchange may not be possible except where required by applicable law or where specifically permitted under our Refund & Exchange Policy.
Because customised products are made specifically for the customer, they may be subject to different return and exchange conditions from standard ready-to-wear products.
Where a product is defective, damaged, incorrectly made, or materially different from what was ordered, please contact us within the period specified in our Refund & Exchange Policy.
4. MEASUREMENTS
For made-to-measure or customised garments, customers must provide accurate measurements and information as requested by Blue Eagle Clothing.
If measurements are submitted by the customer and the garment is produced according to those measurements, Blue Eagle Clothing will not be responsible for fitting issues resulting from inaccurate or incomplete measurements supplied by the customer.
Where our team takes or verifies measurements, we will make reasonable efforts to use those measurements accurately.
Any alteration or fitting assistance offered by Blue Eagle Clothing will be subject to the applicable product and service terms communicated to the customer.
5. ORDERS AND ACCEPTANCE
When you place an order through our website, you are submitting a request to purchase the selected products.
An automated order confirmation does not necessarily mean that the order has been finally accepted or that the product has entered production.
We reserve the right to refuse, cancel or limit an order where reasonably necessary, including in cases involving:

6. CANCELLATION OF ORDERS
Cancellation requests should be made as soon as possible after placing an order.
For standard products, cancellation may be possible before the order has been processed or dispatched.
For customised, bespoke or made-to-order products, cancellation may not be possible once production or customisation has started.
Any applicable cancellation, refund or deduction will be governed by our Refund & Exchange Policy and applicable law.
7. PRICES, TAXES AND PAYMENT
All product prices displayed on our website are in Indian Rupees (INR), unless otherwise stated.
Applicable taxes, including GST where applicable, will be charged in accordance with applicable law and may be reflected at checkout or in the applicable invoice.
Shipping charges, where applicable, will be displayed during checkout or otherwise communicated before completion of the purchase.
Prices, discounts and promotional offers may change from time to time. The applicable price for an order will generally be the price displayed at the time the order is placed, subject to correction of genuine pricing or technical errors.

Blue Eagle Clothing will not be responsible for damage caused by improper washing, ironing, dry cleaning, storage, alterations, misuse or failure to follow applicable care instructions, except where such responsibility cannot lawfully be excluded.
